Check in with host for parking information. Parking is basically flat but not like a pool table flat, there’s a few undulations. Since all rigs are supposed to be self-contained, We allow generators to run at all times. We do not have a curfew for generators. If you have a problem with generator noise, we can try to park you as far away as possible but please don’t write a review that says generators are allowed after 10 PM. We are not a park. We do not allow any rigs to park (from the harvest host system) across the street or anywhere else except my lot. In addition, we are on the corner of Route 66 and Powell Lake Road. We are not considered a busy highway but you will have tourists come through during the daytime and trucks as well. We are not out in the country so you may hear a little road noise. At night, you may hear some donkeys and coyotes. We all have different levels of noise, so the super sensitive should find a country mountain resort. I know it sounds harsh, but from time to time there are some unfair reviews, that are incorrect. And if you have a problem from the very beginning, please let me know so I can rectify your issue. thank you. In addition, we are approximately 5.1 miles off interstate 40, where the Colorado river crosses under interstate 40 in Topock. If you come in from the needles ca side, we are approximately 13 miles from interstate 40.
