Chuck Blethen

Chuck Blethen, co-owner of Jewel of the Blue Ridge Vineyard and a dedicated Harvest Hosts member, stepped up when floods devastated Madison County, NC. After learning that Jim and Vicki Westwood wanted to donate their trailer RV to someone in need, Chuck quickly connected them with Gloria Sundquist, a flood victim who had lost her home. Chuck and Jeannie guided Jim and Vicki to Gloria’s property, where they set up the fully equipped RV as a new, safe shelter. This act of kindness highlights Chuck’s role in fostering community and support in times of crisis.
