Our farm is located just outside of London, with easy access to the 401 (15 minutes). We are full time farmers - having said that you need to know that we have animals on our farm and there are the usual smells and early morning noises that can accompany that from time to time -our animals get to have breakfast before we do! We enjoy travelling and look forward to hosting fellow travellers! We prefer no pets but that can be discussed on a per situation basis. Absolutely no access to our farm buildings- no exceptions please. We love to talk about them though and Ag Education is a big thing with us! Suggested Local Attractions: Fanshawe or Wildwood cycling/hiking trails, Appleland, several golf courses, lots of family friendly activities in London (20 minute drive) Close to Western University and Fanshawe College.

Access Road Conditions: We have a medium length gravel driveway. Lots of room to maneuver in the yard. Motorhome parking is either on grass or gravel. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: The yard is large with lots of gravel parking for tow vehicles. If you are travelling in tandem with someone we can likely accommodate 2 rigs

Full Time Farmers who love to travel! Details: We are parents of five daughters and grandparents of 10 who farm full time outside of London, Ontario. Our passions are road cycling, ukulele playing, sewing, reading and traveling in our 25 foot Jayco Melbourne Prestige. Home Town: Thorndale, Ontario is a small farming community about 10 minutes from the London Airport and 25 minutes from downtown London. We are 15 minutes off the 401, 40 minutes from some of the best beaches in Canada and there are lots of hiking and cycling trails that as hosts we can direct you to! Favorite Boondocking Locations: Ontario has been our BW and HH destinations so far! We enjoy quiet country escapes where we can cycle, read, paddleboard and chat with other hosts.

A beautiful farm, a lovely family. We were unaware that we were arriving in Thanksgiving weekend in Canada. This generous large family invited us to join them in their holiday activities. Though we declined, we got to enjoy watching kids and adults enjoying a lovely fall evening and family outdoors around a fire. Felt like visiting the Waltons! We are grateful this holiday that such lovely families exist.

Mike and Connie are such hard working farmers but made us feel very welcome and took time out of their day to make sure we had everything we needed. It was lovely talking with them and getting to know them. It was a highlight of our trip to the area. Thank you so much.

This was our first boondocking on a working farm. We had a lovely evening with our hosts and a group of their friends. Great grassy level spot with electricity supplied. Recommend this place if you are in the area.
