House Rules
We are a very friendly residential neighborhood so use common sense regarding noise. Parking is in our front driveway next to our patio "Key" (fire ring). Park with your access to the patio area for greater privacy. We are not a good place for children or unruly pets as this is a residential area without much place to run around. No generators but 15 amp electric is available.
Location
Unfortunatly I can not accomodate travel trailear bigger than "Pod or Aliner" type. Access Road Conditions: We live on residential paved roads. Some skill is desired to back into our short driveway with palms on either side. Don't hit my car. The cul-de-sac is small so turning a towed vehicle is difficult. If you park with your door to the patio you will have nice privacy and convient use. If the drivway is blocked you can acces your parking spot by driving over the lawn to the right (west) of the mail box.

John & Candace are in our late 60's, are retired and live near Jupiter Florida. We are Boondocker Wecome Hosts "A-resta-in Tequesta"since 2021. We have a 19 foot JayCo trailer towed with our 2021 Jeep Cherokee and cary our mountain bikes and kayaks. In January 2023 we added a lovable 8 week old Golden Retriever who is being very socialized (and lovingly cuts into our biking time and we traded the kayaks for a small inflatable). We typicly travel in the summer months and have enjoyed the North West, greater Utah & Colorado, The Great Lakes, The North East and this last summer of 2022 to Newfoundland. Skills or Expertise to Share: I am a carpenter and home inspector by trade and can build and fix most anything. We also have many stories to share and love to listen to others.

Our stay was great. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. We found shared interested and had great conversations. The coconut palms were beautiful on this special property.
