Quiet neighborhood in Ledyard, Connecticut near Mystic and both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos. Site is in the grass off of our driveway, facing a small wooded area with a firepit. Free water tank fill and 15 amp electric for $5.

We are a family of 6 now with our oldest being 9 and our youngest being 6 months. We bought our RV Trailer before the pandemic and since we are both teachers, have enjoyed 5-7 week long trips around the country with our kids and 2 dogs (super sweet goldens).

We looked forward to staying but the parking area had been hit so hard by Ophelia that we chose to not access it. Maybe another time.

We were scheduled to spend a couple of nights here. However, the remnants of Ophelia saturated the lawn to so we could not park or maneuver our rig the way it need to be. The host was not home when we arrived, but we communicated through the situation via phone. We ended up not staying because of this. We were looking forward to meeting this host, and disappointed that we could not stay. You can't fight nature.
