Our place is in rural Youngstown, FL within 1/4 mile of Hwy 231. You'll have ready access to Gulf Coast attractions (15 miles to Panama City; 25 miles to St Andrews State Park/beaches, 30 miles to Pier Park). Public transportation is not available. We can accommodate pull through and turn around on our property. We have one dedicated hook up for electricity and water and it is assigned on a first arrival, first served basis (i.e., we can not guarantee the hookup site will be available when you get here). Dump is near by but you may need to relocate your rig to use. We can also accommodate 2 additional dry campers on our site. Water to fill your freshwater tank is available by the shop. In severe weather we may be able to provide an electrical connection and/or waive the generator restrictions. Dry campers may use the dump station but may need to coordinate with the guest at the hook up site.

We are a retired Florida couple (no children or pets) who spend 3 months a year traveling in our trailer. We usually drive one day and spend the next day biking Rails-to-Trails along our route. Our primary destinations are Arizona and Montana so we get a chance to see much of the country.

Easy to find and park. We felt safe and welcomed. We also enjoyed getting to know Al and Diana and appreciated their hospitality. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay. Nice and flat parking on grass and we used the water hookup, 30 amp and were happy to dump before leaving. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us some great tips on places to visit in the area. The train track is nearby but we only had 1 or 2 trains go by each night so it wasn't an issue for us. Thank you for having us.
