Quiet residential neighborhood which limits RV parking. Parking in our large gated driveway/front courtyard is limited to 10 ft tall and 25 ft long total (rig+tow). If your rig is taller than 10ft, we have another flat area for you to park without amenities. Length of that space is <50 ft total (rig+tow). Easy access to I-25, the Bosque and Albuquerque's North Valley. Suggested Local Attractions:Many hiking and biking options nearby. Close to shopping, dining and all that Albuquerque offers.

1. Your dog can only be off-leash in the front parking area when it's fully gated. 2. No smoking, parties or excessive noise. No generators. 3. No slideouts or outdoor cooking. 4. The parking area is street-side, so please keep things neat and clean.

Stay-at-home Engineers Details: We are semi-retired and work primarily out of our home doing contract work in physics, engineering and math. We raised and homeschooled 2 children who are now adults. We are musicians----Hubby plays trumpet and bass while the wife sings and plays piano. We have traveled many places in the US and around the world, but also love being at home. Home Town: We live just outside of Albuquerque, NM in a rural residential neighborhood. Albuquerque is a great place to visit and experience the southwest. Plenty of outdoor activities with great weather for most of the year. Close to shopping and many restaurant options are here. Skills or Expertise to Share: We tend to fix and make things ourselves for our home and outdoor lives. So, we have the typical skillsets required for being somewhat self-sufficient while living in a town.

Our stay at Alameda Acres was wonderful! The hosts were communicative and so kind. Enjoyed talking with them and would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Just left Alameda Acres after a very enjoyable & peaceful 2 night stay. Hosts were very thoughtful & responsive. Hank must be one of the most loving dogs on the planet. Just a big ol’ ball of sweetness. Thanks for such a pleasant stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening stroll with our hosts and the great info on local cycling. We rode along the Rio Grande for 40 beautiful miles.
