Great central location to see the sights in Western NY, just south of Rochester and I90. You can day trip to Niagara Falls (1.5 hours), tour wineries around the Finger Lakes, go to Letchworth Falls or Watkins Glenn. We have a corner lot with a huge front and side yard for privacy with 15 amp. Fenced area available if you have dogs that need to stretch their legs for a bit.

House Rules
Dogs on leash unless allowed into fenced area by one of us, no generators after 10 PM or before 7 AM. You will need to unhitch and back in, park vehicle on the side street.
Location
Back in from the road that the house faces, Brighton Henrietta Townline. Back between the trees and the telephone pole as close as possible to the trees so as not to cross the septic lines, toward the large Pine Tree in the back corner of the property. Nearest dump station is 30 miles away unfortunately.

We are recently semi-retired and enjoyed being a Boondocker's Welcome host this past summer! We are nature lovers, enjoying our second journey to the Southwest for the winter with our 2 dogs. We love to meet new people and trade experiences:)

If you ever find yourself in the Rochester area, this is the place to stay! This is our second stay at this location. Chris and Alice are a warm, friendly, funny couple, and they treat you like family. They live on a nice, quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood with big yards. Backing in to the parking spot is easy and they offer 15A plug-in electricity and water. We really appreciate their hospitality and friendship! We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly hosts! Nice, quiet location at their home on a suburban street. I'd stay here again, and as a matter of fact, I'm staying again next week!

What wonderful hosts. They let me stay a few days longer so I could get all my medical appts in. The spot under the tree was perfect for keeping my kitty cool during the sunny days. Provided 15amp and water. Again thank you for a wonderfull stay and hope you have a great rest of the year.

This was a perfect solution to my situation! I was greeted with a smile, by both Alice and Chris. They we generous, helpful, and accommodating to my needs. They supplied boards for my van to get leveled out easily! A hose if I needed water, and a power cord in case I needed to run a heater. I would absolutely request to stay here again if I need to come back to town. Excellent hosts.
