We own the lot across the street from our seasonal restaurant Back Bay BBQ, https://backbaybbq.com/. We allow people to stay on the lot for a day or two. You can fill your water tank if needed. We have a 40 DP and are often there. The lot is next to Route 152 in the middle of the causeway to Atlantic City / Ocean City. Suggested Local Attractions:Atlantic Ocean and Great Egg Harbor are right down the road. The inlet has Malibu Beach which is very popular as it is dog friendly. Atlantic City and Ocean City are minutes away.

Our restaurant closes at 9:00 PM so we like peace and quiet after that; it is a residential neighborhood. No open fires as we are in the salt marshes.

We liked the location because it was near Ocean City. We went to the beach on two consecutives days. The sun and waves were awesome. The fresh water refill was a major plus for us.

Very accommodating and wasy to communicate with. We enjoyed iur stay and was able to take our doggo to the Malibu dog beach where she had tons of fun. Would stay again!

Easy to get in and out. We have a class B, but you could easily park a big rig here. Level, nice area for the dog to sniff around and stretch his legs. Very nice hosts- their BBQ place was nice to sit outside and eat - ribs, pulled pork and scallops were delicious. BBQ is only open seasonally. Will definitely go back!

We got the chance to meet one part of the host! Lots of space for parking on gravel. Good excess right on main Street!
