It's in a subdivision but we have a large laneway. It's not long but it's wide as we have a 3 car garage. Some of our neighbours also have trailers so they are cool with over nigh stays. Angus is close to Base Borden, so we do get Helicopters and jets in the sky once in a while. Suggested Local Attractions:Barrie is only a 10 minute drive. There are a lot of golf course in the area. Military museum on Base Borden. Splash pad with in walking distance of the house. Back yard is yours to enjoy, very private and treed. Screened gazebo to keep bugs at bay.

House Rules
Don't damage the pavement, No smoking or buts on property. Clean the way you found it. We can supply power so generator is not necessary. Leave when you want, but we run a day care so people will start coming at 7am and the kids can be loud.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Easy to back a travel trailer into lane way as I do it all the time. Summer time our own trailer is normally parked in the lane and we would need time to move it, so no last minute arrivals unless you only need 1 of the three parking spots, no toe vehicle. All paved road and driveway. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: A 25 foot trailer or Class B will fit in the lane with out blocking the side walk. Must be off the side walk 1 foot or can be fined but have never had an issue. We have a 3 car wide lane so you can park right beside your rig. Lane is not level, but I have ramps to help to level your rig.

Welcome to the Butlers. We are Bob, Ron, and Nancy. Details: Friendly, easy-going bunch/Cowboy folk! The property is large and has a few spots to select depending on your rig and personal choice plus the ability to move the rig into some tight spots if you want a good view. We ourselves have a 32' Motorhome and a Truck with a 30' travel trailer totals over 50', that we have no problems turning around once into the property. The front field in September hosts a good number of horse trailers/riders every September long weekend. This weekend we don't take Boondockers, as we are full. We have had over 30 horses walking the trails of the property. Home Town: Ayton, Ontario. A small town with an old Mill that still can be seen in town. Mostly Farmers in the area. There are also lots of Golf courses in the area also. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We have been boondocking/Harvest Host to the East Coast. Every spot we selected was very good. The people are always friendly and accommodating. We had large spots that you could move any rig into and we had some that were interesting to get into. We even had a couple of locations that were better than a campground as we had full hook-up. Skills or Expertise to Share: Horseback riding, Farming, Wi-Fi if needed. Tools to help fix small repairs.
