Rural location several miles from town is in a beautiful and serene setting. Our host communicated by text and welcomed us upon arrival. After filling our water tank and parking the rig, we gratefully connected to the electric hookup provided and turned on the AC since it was 90+ degrees outside. We enjoyed exploring the area using info provided by the host based on our interests. Thank you Al and Becky for your hospitality!

I rated Alan and Becky so well because they were hospitable and welcoming. We had a unique situation, and when they got our message, fate kinda put us together. This was our first stay and it was enough to convince us to keep the membership. Parking space was huge, but you will need good leveling equipment if you want the center of the parking area. The views were wonderful and we got to storm watch while we were home! Alan gave us wonderful information about the area when we chatted and all went very well. We appreciate the community. ✌😊

Great communication with our great host. The site was perfect in our 21 ft TT, for our trips to visit nearby area. We especially enjoyed the scenery of the country roads as we drive around the town.

What a wonderful place to enjoy Montrose. Al and Becky were very friendly and had great suggestions for our stay. Their property is easy to find, great directions! We have a 35 ft class A along with a car on a tow Dolly. We dropped the car before entering the gate. We had no problems maneuvering around. Very easy in and out. We spent the better part of a day at Black Gunnison Natl Park and ate at Horseflys in town. Should we ever be back in this area, we would love to stay here again.
