We are located only 30 miles east of Indianapolis with tons of things to do nearby. Suggested Local Attractions:Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Children's Museum, NFL (Colts) and NBA (Pacer) games. Boondockers Too Details: We are semi retired. I like to travel whenever possible, Jim, not so much. Over the years we have had a variety of RV's from pop-ups, Hi-Low, RV and a trailer. Currently, I use a van as my camper for one. We have a HI-lo for longer trips. Most of our travels have been in the Midwest, east and southeast. Future trips are planned for the west and southwest. We have a home in the country with feral cats running around on our three acre. Three house doggies rule the roost and enjoy a fenced yard. Our trailer uses one 30 amp plug but we do have another on the property. Home Town: Our hometown consist of about 1,300 people. We enjoy having a world famous restaurant, The Kopper Kettle, that serves family style meals surrounded by antiques. We also have two "fast" food types of locally owned restaurants, two gas stations, a bank machine at the closed bank and small public library. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Someplace warmer than Indiana in the winter! Skills or Expertise to Share: We like people and enjoy sharing stories and travels. If mechanical help is needed we can help with the small jobs or guide you to places you can get the help you need.

We stayed at Barn Life on our way home and had a lovely quiet night's sleep in the most beautiful of locations. It was really nice to meet and visit with our hosts who were very interesting to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Barn Life to all.

We stayed at Barn Life for one night. This location is easy to find and easy to get into. It is a beautiful area and a well manicured spot to spend a peaceful, quiet night. Mr Jim was very kind, friendly and helpful. We did not have the privilege of meeting "Mrs Jim" as she had a meeting after work. We appreciate your hospitality and your generosity for letting us spend a safe night on your property. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone passing through the area. Vic & Kathy

This host is easy to find. She came out to greet me and helped me back up into the site. It was quiet, a beautiful sunset and a large yard for my dog.

This was a very nice rural, quiet, setting. Easy to get to, Google took me right to it. I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient for our trip, they were very welcoming, provided wifi, and water and/or electric, if needed. Private, gravel drive. Perfect for an overnight.
