I stayed 1 night a few weeks ago. It was a nice quiet night. The Miami & Ohio Towpath trail is right by the house. I walked the trail that evening and then rode my bike the next day. If you ride the trail, I’d suggest you go north. Southbound was just a mowed grass trail. The town of St Mary’s is really cute with a neat towpath exhibit.

Great spot, quiet spot and very friendly host, we didn't need any hookups as it was just one night and the outdoor temperature was good for sleeping. If you are going to run AC, as a host also, I would pay for your hookup up, front as there are few hosts in this area and it would be a shame to loose this one, due to running up un payed hydro bills. Host to host Bary at our place some day, and would be happy to stay here again. Thanks Bary for the parking spot!

We stayed here to visit our nephew in Van Wert. We booked the day before and the host responded right away and he answered all of our questions. His directions took us right to the location and we were able to get set up quickly. W e stayed in a 42 fifth wheel.

Bary was super nice. His land is beautiful with grass and trees. We had some mechanical issues and he jumped in to help us. We really liked Bary's place and hope one day to return.
