We live north of Destin, FL and is easily reached from I-10. We have room for up to 1 RVS. Our yard has huge trees with branches but have had many RV drive in without a problem. We travel a lot ourselves and the property is not available when we are not home as it is usually occupied. We live surrounded by Eglin AFB and they have a bombing range to the north of us. Occasionally we hear booms from the bombs and a small shake. Low flying aircraft can be seen and heard, we call it the sound of freedom. Suggested Local Attractions:Destin and South Walton beaches.

Access Road Conditions: it is a sandy drive with large trees and plants. We have a curved drive that is too small for huge RVs. Gate might be tight but we make it with our RV and so do others. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We can park tow vehicles in our yard.

Retired, RVers and frequent travelers. Details: We are frequent RVers and other travel means. We are often gone for extended periods and cannot accomadate RVers at that time because the house is usually rented. When we are home we love to have people stop overnight for a visit. Rving and boating are our favorite things to do. We love traveling and learning about new areas and people. We prefer campgrounds with space and in natural forest and parks or interesting state parks. We also Boondock a lot. Home Town: Freeport, Fl where we boat, fish and swim in the bay. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Wal-Mart, free and almost free National forest campgrounds, trail heads, especially in Colorado, with our Escapees friends, at our relatives homes, on the beach in Mexico, behind restaurants in and at PemeX in Mexico and at pull offs on the way to Alaska. We also like staying with Boondockers. Skills or Expertise to Share: Advice on the area we live in, which is close to Destin and south WAlton beaches.

One of my favorite spots. the hosts were bery kind and hospitable. I loved sitting on the dock watching the fish. amazing view.

Wonderful hosts offer access to their waterfront dock with great views. Site has shade and includes electric hookup. Thank you!

Pete was wonderful, and the backyard was a beautiful sanctuary. Gate may be tight for bigger vehicles but we were fine in our van. Electric and water were offered and greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for the overnight stay.
