Interested in exploring all areas. Usually tie trips in with some family visits, lucky we have family spread across the country. Try to take 2 longer adventures (2+ weeks) a year usually early spring and fall. Mid- winter we'll travel to FL to visit our daughter and her family in St. Augustine. We are pretty handy at fixing/making things and have a great wood shop and most tools if you need to do repairs. We have been in this area for 30+ years, should be able to point you too anything you need. Dave is home most days and Becci works at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Radiology during the week. Becci and Alan were great! Alan was at the house when we arrived and came right out to show us exactly where to go. There was plenty of room to park right by their small lake. While we were there, some people came to the lake to fish, which was fun to watch. At night, we were entertained by the sound of frogs small and large, birds of all kinds, and any other little wildlife that was around. Super peaceful and quiet (other than the frogs and birds and such). No road noise at all. Becci came over to meet us our second evening there and we met her dogs Hazel and Leila. They were friendly and easygoing - great for anyone who isn't too much into dogs. She mentioned they had a walking trail near where we were parked, but we did not take advantage of that. Becci and Alan were very accommodating as we had asked to stay longer than their standard timeframe due to a family event we were attending. We would not hesitate to go back. Thanks so much, Becci and Alan!

These hosts were most accommodating in my trip to Xenia for a convention. The spot by the lake is level and access very easy. Met me upon arival, property is very large, and showed me right where to go.

We parked our RV along the side of their pond and had stunning sunsets each night. Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. Fairly close to Yellow Springs...a beautiful small town with wonderful restaurants.

Our visit to BBC Farm was between & during some rainy days, so we could not park by the pond, due to the weight of out rig, but we did get in a nice day of hiking the wooded trail & around the beautiful pond. Host was very welcoming, as was the visiting host Hazel, who learned she would be welcomed in & scratched whenever she came to the door & barked!!! Will place it on our l list for return visit for a return visit!
