We are a married, farming, God fearing couple with grown children. Details: We have been married 30 years and are organic dairy farmers. Now that our children are grown, we have decided that now is the time for us to step back a bit, scale down our dairy operation and do some of the things that we have always dreamed of doing. We are brand new to RVing. Home Town: We live 7 miles north of Gouverneur, New York.

We came across from VT along Rt 11. Easy access for our 41 foot with Ford 150 tow. They parked us right beside the barn. We enjoyed a great chat, talked about the area, etc. Emma, their herding dog was ready to play fetch. Plenty of kitties to pet.

We had a wonderful night stay at Beaver Creek Farm. The land was very beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were very welcoming and easy to talk with. It was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Very secluded and safe area.

The visit was nice and quiet and peaceful I made friends with Emily the dog. She loves to chase sticks for you . I got her a dog toy stick rope. Make sure you check your rig before you leave as she was under mine. 🙂

Although I never got to meet the hosts because they were away dealing with some family business, they were generous enough to allow me to stay on their farm. I did get to meet their sweet and incredibly friendly dog who apparently thinks that humans are put on this earth to play fetch (until they say no and then the dog disappears). I was grateful for the company so we got to be friends. It’s a lovely setting and my only regret was not meeting my hosts.

Had a wonderful couple of days on their farm. Very nice people and the sweetest most playful dog ever, we miss her already haha. Thank you again!
