We live on 10 acres about 3 minutes from town. The parking site is in the driveway behind our house. Water and electric are located within a few feet of the space. The driveway is gravel. There are no trees along the driveway, but you are welcome to set lawn chairs up in the grass under a small tree. We are surrounded by woods on 2 sides. There may be some traffic noise from the highway, but otherwise it is very quiet with no close neighbors. Suggested Local Attractions:City park and golf course

If you have a pet, contact us first. We have 2 dogs and they are not always gracious pet hosts to other animals. Do not park in the grass. Quiet hours between 10pm - 7am.
Location
Access Road Conditions: About an 1/8 of a mile of gravel off Highway 63. We have a 40' 5th wheel with a tow truck and we can turn out of the driveway with no problem. We have had a 42' motorhome here as well and had no problems turning onto the road. A large rig with a tow vehicle may have difficulty making the turn out of the driveway onto the road. We have a circle drive to use as a turn around or to pull into to back up to the parking spot. The parking spot is on gravel. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is parking available in the driveway.

Less than a Year to living the RV life! Details: My husband Darren and I are newer RVers and can't wait to have more days out on the road. We will be fully retired from public education in less than a year and look forward to seeing America. We love to travel and playing golf is always a focus on our trips. Family is very important to us and our elderly parents live with us along with two dogs, a Husky and a German Shepherd. We look forward to making new friends and sharing stories about places to go and things to see/do. Home Town: Our hometown is Moberly, Missouri. It has a population of 13,000 and is located on Highway 63. We are 30 miles north of I-70 about halfway between Kansas City and St. Louis. We are 25 miles south of Highway 36. Our property is a couple of miles north of town and just off Highway 63. We have a Wal-Mart and Lowes along with a couple of other shopping options, but no real grocery store. There is a beautiful park in town, a movie theater with a drive-in, and a golf course. There are several eating options including fast food restaurants, 4 Mexican restaurants, Pizza, BBQ, and Family restaurants. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We haven't had a chance to stay anywhere yet. Skills or Expertise to Share: We are both educators and love to golf.

Very accommodating & friendly Hosts! Quiet, there was so little hwy noise that we slept soundly. Level parking, too. We will be happy to stop in again on our way back next year. We highly recommend Bella’s Backyard!

Nice host and easy electric access but not an ideal spot for light sleepers (aka highway noise).

Set back from road, and sheltered from highway, great overnight stop.

As we passed thru the area we looked for a same-day overnight stop and discovered a real gem offered by very friendly hosts. Highly recommended!!
