Peaceful and safe location in a nice neighborhood with a park nearby. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the spot had everything you need for a stopover - water, 30A electric, and pet-friendly. Thanks!

This is a quiet stop close to lots of outdoor adventuring. Unfortunately, my dog had some Issues, so I wasn’t able to get out as much as I had wanted. Beverly Hills was a detour in early April to try and get on the water in Crystal River, which was recommended to me by the previous hosts. They said it was late in the season, but I might still be able to catch some manatees in the nearby springs. Hosts were great, friendly, and EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating by letting me use their trash cans on service day to get rid of my dogs…Issues. Otherwise, the parking spot is perfect for your rig with easy enough access to power and water if you avail yourself of their offer, but DEFINITELY be careful how you back in and pull out of the space so as not to damage the neighbors mail box! And if you kayak or otherwise do paddle sports, ask them for recommendations!
