This is a beautiful ranch and nice hosts. Because of the weather the electric hookup was much appreciated.

We stayed here 11/21–23/2022 to visit sites in Waco. Nice gravel, water/electric site was a plus. Our hosts were very accommodating. We had a brief but enjoyable half-hour chat with Greg upon our arrival, met Barb driving by the next morning, and had a nice visit the morning before we left with Barb, Greg, donkey MeMo, and dog Willie.

Greg & Barb are welcoming & warm hosts! The ride in was easy and parking is level and welcoming. We appreciate the amenities of water, electric, and a picnic table! We enjoyed a peaceful stay on their rustic ranch. We felt safe yet adventurous as we strolled around their property looking for the herd of cows that roam there. The nights were so peaceful and the stars were gorgeous to view. Greg was a delight to share stories with! Be sure to visit MeMo the donkey during your stay! She loved the company lol. We'd love to come back if we're thru this way again!

We have only stayed in the cities of Texas prior to Big Elm Ranch. The brief stay at the ranch changed our entire view of Texas. The property is beautiful, level parking area with electric and water. The drive to and from was incredible. The only thing that was a negative was not having more time to talk to the hosts. We had some great things in common!
