My property is located on a beautiful lake with western exposure. The site for parking would be by the garage and the lake not visible but very close by. The house obstructs the view. You can use the hose to fill a bucket with water or possibly attach to your rig. Fill up with water is no problem but the water is lake water and you may not wish to use it for drinking water. As this is a boondocking site I'm assuming most people are fine. There is an outhouse on the property. Generators are noisy so my preference is not use one unless for a couple hours during the day only. Hiking trails are nearby. Suggested Local Attractions:Hiking trails, and Log Chute.

Adding some new Zip to life! Details: Hello I'm a newly retired lady looking to meet RV friends and enter the world of Roadtrekking. I do not own an RV but hope to maybe do vanlife for a couple months as a snowbird. I won't be able to travel as a guest on boondockerswelcome as they don't accept vans but I'm happy to host especially during this pandemic. I enjoy hiking and canoeing. Home Town: Whitby, Ontario

Zippyann was a lovely host. She made me feel welcome and we had a nice time getting to know each other. I do not hesitate recommending her place and hope to have the oportunity for another stay.

The short drive on a typical cottage road (just a little bumpy) is well worth the effort. We enjoyed a warm welcome by our host and hours of fun conversation in her gorgeous lakeside setting. We discovered several common interests, an instant friendship, and are already talking about meeting up for future adventures.

Wonderful lakeside setting, perfect for swimming and paddling. Hostess is very warming and easy to talk with, we shared a fire at sunset and the colours were striking. I do recommend a class B only, because the turn around is a little tight. Amazing place.
