U.S. Special Forces retired Details: .We bought this place to get away from the fast lane. My family grew up in south Florida. Alice and I decided we needed a change. Now I rescue horses. We also have goats, ducks, geese, donkeys, dogs and cats. No pigs. We live the laid back southern life. If you mind visits in the morning from the horses, goats, and donkeys this place is not for you. They are all very friendly. You can have water ,garbage30 amp electric only but no dumpstation here. When my kids were small and I was still in the Army we traveled a lot. I found it hard to find places to stop and camp in the states unless we went to a Park. That is why I put the camp sight on my property. We want people to enjoy our place .It is secure, safe, and open to people that want a place that is comfortable.I have had people here that wanted to be out in the woods and away from electric and hookups so I cleared out places for parking a RV in the woods on the other side of the pond. They are beautiful and peaceful and I know some will love them. Home Town: Miami now here. Favorite Boondocking Locations: My horse pasture Skills or Expertise to Share: So many

The parking area was very wide open and easy to maneuver. We have a 35’ 5er; the gate entrance was the most difficult part. It was a tight turn given the soft shoulders and culverts. other than that, no issues. The animals were fun and friendly to interact with. In the morning, the horses and donkeys are literally greeting you at your camper. Bring carrots and apples! Great stay!

Spent a few nights here. Loved the quiet wide open field to park. Donkeys do come up to the RV for treats. Would stay here again.

Mike and Alice are gracious hosts who happily share their land to the weary (or not so weary) traveler. As folks have mentioned before, be wary of the low parts in the field but out 35' Class C made it just fine! We thoroughly enjoyed petting and feeding the horses, mules and donkeys and would have loved to stay beyond our 5days! The electric and water were well worth the $20/night! Thank you Mike n Alice! We'll see you again! Karen n Nick:)

Great open space! Lots of attention seeking animals. The baby goats are awesome. We had a wonderful time here. We came prepared with carrots and apples and were not disappointed. Big Mike is a very authentic, laid back, down to earth very direct man. It was a pleasure speaking with him.
