We have 21 acres, and there ain’t a bit of it level, so get out your leveling blocks. We have more wood blocks if you need some more. We have 2 gravel driveways. One is behind the shop, offers a bit more privacy, and is for small rigs only. The other is large enough for big rigs, but you will have to do some backing to get turned around. Again, you’ll need levelers, it’s hilly here. Our yard has a lot of space, but if it’s rained recently it will be too soft to use. There is easy access to water and 15 amps on the front of our house. We have a 30 amp plug inside our shop that I must be here to provide access to. We recently added a 50 amp plug outside the shop for easy access. House Rules
We have dogs that run the yard unleashed, so if you have pets, don’t let them run loose while we are home, unless they always get along with other dogs. We also have a cat roaming the yard and we free range our chickens, so again, you know your pet, keep it leashed if you need to. Otherwise, we have plenty of space for your pet to stretch their legs and play a bit. But please, clean up after them if they do their business in the yard. Quiet hours are 9PM to 6AM. No loud music at any hour. No smoking near the house or shop, please.

Access Road Conditions: Our highway is a paved state highway, but it is very narrow, curvy and hilly. We have 2 gravel driveways. One is only suitable for small rigs. The other can accommodate large rigs and also provides access to our yard which is large and has ample space, as long as it hasn’t rained. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have 21 acres here, so there’s plenty of space for whatever, access to hookups is more limited though.

Just a country boy and his sweetheart Details: My wife and I are “weekend warrior” rvers. We only get the camper out a handful of times per year, as we are self employed, so there’s not much vacation time to be had. But we do love the lifestyle, towing the camper is our preferred method of travel, we aspire to traveling the country with our camper when we retire (if we get to retire) and we want to help other rvers by offering our land as a place to stay-over while you’re on your way to living your dream and checking off your bucket list. Home Town: Mansfield, MO Favorite Boondocking Locations: Anywhere in the Rockies in the summer. Skills or Expertise to Share: I’m an avid motorcyclist, so I know all the back roads around here. My wife has a green thumb.

We had a wonderful stop at Big Rock Ridge . Surrounded by love , absolutely stunning views , animals , vegetables. And the most lovely couple . Perfect stop before we picked up our new pup .

We had an awesome overnight stay! They were very accommodating as we arrived in sprinkling rain after 6:00pm. They are a darling couple that extended the warmest welcome ever! Greeted by the family cat and free range chickens we felt right at home. We left with a great experience and a dozen farm fresh eggs!!🥰.
