We have a large rig, and it fit nicely. Full hooks ups and gravel pad was a bonus! Welcoming hosts in a quiet setting :) Would stay again if travels bring us this way :)

The hosts greeted us upon arrival and had great suggestions for things to do and places go in the area. The hosts offer a flat parking area with FHU if you desire. This served as a great home base as we explored the cute town of Walker, Leech Lake, nearby trails and Itasca State Park. Thanks for the stay! : )

We had a wonderful time just relaxing in the trees. The hosts were great to help and chat for awhile. What a beautiful spot. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent one night at Birds Nest as a stopover so we did not see the hosts much. When we did see them they were friendly and helpful. The site was perfect, better than a lot of campgrounds we have stayed at. The water hookup was really nice, first water hookup we have had in two weeks. Sewer hookup included as well, cannot get better than that.
