We have a house in the Bitterroot Valley on Highway 93 near Stevensville Montana. There is a trout stream and pond in our backyard. We have 15 reasonably open acres and a place to plug in a 30 amp. Well-behaved dogs could go off leash. There is also a bike trail across the road that goes 25 miles in each direction. You can ride all the way to Missoula to the north or Hamilton to the south. UPDATE: We have a new puppy, a German Shorthaired Pointer (mostly) that hasn't learned her boundaries yet, and may be an uninvited visitor during your stay. Suggested Local Attractions:Fly fishing on multiple local creeks and rivers such as the Bitterroot. Lots of historical sites. Go north to Glacier national park or east to Yellowstone when you leave. There are lots of hiking trails and local shopping. St. Mary's Mission in Stevensville has a particularly interesting history. And there is an abundance of micro-breweries.

beautiful acreage complete with a lake and a boat... very picturesque... Met host when we got there and he was very nice and helpful. Met his wife in the morning and she was too...!!! Gorgeous farm, away from the noise of the road. Enjoyed the stay... We definitely would stop there again... Thank you, Thank you

Our friendly host visited for a bit with his delightful puppy. it was lovely to have conversation after a long day of driving. The setting is beautiful and it was great to have a plug in. We would absolutely recommend this place to future visitors.

The hosts here were very kind and easy going. They have a great property where our kids and dog could run and play. RV parking was pretty level and access was easy. water hookup is a little bit away but thats why they offer an extra hose if needed. Great location and Stevenville is an awesome little town. Would stay here again for sure!

My husband and I loved this stay - it was our first boondock ever and it was nothing but an amazing first experience. We used this boondock as a rest stop on our way from Seattle to Denver (only staying about 12 hours) and it was exactly what we needed - quiet green property hosted by a kind outgoing couple from Texas. But even if you stay longer, there’s great outdoorsy stuff. We hiked Blodgett Canyon trail at Bitteroot National Park on our way out only 30 minutes way from the host! Highly recommend both the host and exploring the beautiful area they live in.
