Driveway slab to accomodate a small (22'or less) Class B or C motorhome for 1 night only (condo rules). Have electric (15 amp GFI plug) and water available if needed, no dump facilties.. Suggested Local Attractions:Art Prize festival downtown Grand Rapids in late Sept; Frank Lloyd Wright house; Meijer Botanical Garden; Gerald Ford Presidential Museum; Tulip Festival 30 miles west of GR in early May; sand beaches of Lake Michigan May thru Oct.

Access Road Conditions: We are in a city residential condo development with driveway, not a country rural setting. This may not appeal to some, but as we are in the city, attractions are closer than staying outside of the city.

We are retirees who love our motorhome time, winters in Florida, or cruising in the Caribbean. Details: We are located in southwest lower Michigan - Grand Rapids/Kentwood to be exact. We are near an international airport, close to shopping malls, near freeways, and near Calvin College in Grand Rapids. We are in a condo project and as such we are limited to 22' max for 1 overnight. We love to travel the US almost anywhere we find something interesting. Home Town: Grand Rapids MI Favorite Boondocking Locations: Walmart, church parking lots, and shopping mall lots because they are available almost everywhere. Skills or Expertise to Share: Can handle a wrench and socket set. Most of the repairs on our unit are handled at home, from water heater replacements to changing light bulbs.

My friend and I stayed at BJ's for one night in October 2017 and had a great experience in this very quiet area. Even though our hosts couldn't be there when we arrived, they had made the arrangement so we could hook up. We had a lovely chat in the morning with them. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
