House Rules

This is an operating cattle farm and while there is little danger here we can not accommodate children We regret this new rule but our insurance company demands it! As we have cattle we can not allow dogs on the property. Sorry no exceptions! Even the tinniest of critters will stampede cattle. Once off the property there is no way to bring them back! Short & Long term requests are possible but in emergencies we might have to adjust - but has NEVER happened! Guests have access to several acres surrounding the pastures, barns and gazebo HOWEVER NO ONE may enter the pastures or open any gates!

Organic Farmers & Infrequent Travelers Details: We are seniors who farm full time - raising 100% grassfed beef on organic permanent pastures. We also have an RV (Casita) and would find your adventures most interesting. We offer several beautiful spot free to you! We receive no compensation from the club thus why do we do this? We have little time for travel and have limited opportunity off the farm thus we import interesting people - You! Our intent here is simple fellowship. I believe our reviews speak for themselves, We have enjoyed everyone that stayed here since 2016 and all left happy. Home Town: We live in a very beautiful area of the country - The Finger Lakes of NY - 11 beautiful glacial lakes of drinking water quality spread across 75 miles of Upstate NY. We are within a few miles of two of these lakes that are forever wild and one might imagine being in Northern Canada. A canoe & kayakers paradise with a outfitter for canoes and kayaks on the lake. Do Not Miss - Letchworth State Park - 1/2 hour from here was voted as Best State Park in the nation - Twice! Highly recommended!! I need reasons to get off the farm and enjoy guiding guests on hikes in varions locations. Plenty of good restaurants here plus a college & historical village - Geneseo, 6 miles with all the expected amenities. Favorite Boondocking Locations: See our visits to other Hosts - All were FANTASTIC! Our trip to Nova Scotia in 2018 was awesome. Skills or Expertise to Share: We know our area quite well and that includes most of the Finger Lakes Region, some of the Adirondacks, Western NYS and Northern Pennsylvania. Feel free to ask for any directions, information or advice regarding our region. Our farm shop has many tools should you require adjustments or maintenance. We have an air compressor if you require air.

Our hosts were very gracious and welcoming. We enjoyed the beautiful farm setting. We visited Letchworth State Park while we were there. It's a gorgeous park with waterfalls and hiking trails and many other amenities.

I cant speak highly enogh about this stay. Fred and Sue were incredibky welcoming and a joy to be around and talk to. As others have mentioned, a camp fire night is a great idea with them, and dont miss out on a trip to Letchworth state park.

We stayed with Fred and Sue for three nights and had a lovely time! We've never had hosts so friendly and accommodating. We did come in and leave pretty early in the morning, but they were still kind and welcoming. And we were able to spend some time chatting and drinking around the fire one of our nights.

This couple is very welcoming. We shared stories around a campfire on their lovely property which is close to Letchworth Park.

Fred and Sue have a beautiful, picturesque farm! They were waiting outside when we arrived and welcomed us like family. They offered us an evening bonfire and shared their tips on visiting Letchworth State Park which is a must see and only 30 minutes from their property. Unfortunately we could only stay the one night. I would have enjoyed visiting longer and getting to know them better.
