We enjoy traveling the country with our 2 Labrador Retrievers. We camp with a 29 foot Winnebago travel trailer, and enjoy going to out of the way locations. When not RVing, we summer in the North Georgia mountains, and winter in Florida.

We stayed for two nights. Frank and Joanie were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking to them. The view was gorgeous, their property has a large area for walking with a creek and gazebo. We would like to return someday.

We have a 33' Class A. We recently finished remodeling it and wanted somewhere close to take a "test run" with it. We chose Blue Bird Ridge as our destination. My wife and I loved it there. Frank met us at the gate. The spot where we were to park was just inside the gate, backed up to the barn. The 30A service was just inside the barn with water available too. The spot is not level and needed some blocks to level. The result was the front wheels were off the ground, but the view was great! My wife loved the situation so much that she's already talking about coming back. Highly recommend Blue Bird Ridge!

Our visit to Blue Bird Ridge was the highlight of our trip: A beautiful site with great hosts. Our hosts Frank and Joanni were very welcoming, as were their friendly dogs. Power was available, and the site was perfect. This was our second Harvest Host stay, and as we left, we were saying, “Wow, that was SO nice!” Thank you for a great visit!

Hosts Frank and Joanie (and their two friendly lab retrievers ) were great and went out of their way to meet us and check on us. The site is in front of their barn on top of a hilltop ridge. There’s a babbling creek with a fire pit and gazebo that they welcomed us to use. Frank offered us 30 amp power and water to fill our tank. Highly recommend !

Blue Bird was a great find and a beautiful spot to spend the night! Hosts Frank and Joanie were very welcoming and the dogs were super friendly and social! We enjoyed walking the property, exploring along the river, and listening to birdsong the entire time! They are just minutes from Blairsville and exploring that cute little area was fun as was the mexican restaurant we had dinner at. We highly recommend Blue Bird! 🐦
