We had a relaxing and peaceful 2 night stay. Great location if you are visiting Hot Springs National Park! we also went to Lake Catherine State Park. Weather was very rainy but we used the extra time to relax and recharge. We did not use hook ups but for those who need they are available!

Driveway up is a little washed out so be prepared. Well water was not working so we wished we filled our tank before we got there. Power and sewer are available! Running creek right behind the property so we enjoyed our stay overall. Host is quick to respond but we did not get to meet face to face. Close to everything we wanted to visit in the area. Very happy overall and would stay here again if we were in the area.

This lovely spot is as peaceful as ever. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities offwred, but did take a stroll up the road and back. The driveway does have a large rut and I used mt beat skills to make it up. Going back down the next morning was easier. I have a 21’ canpervan.

Very quiet. Driveway is broken so straddle the washout area in center. A couple places to park are level so you have a choice. Room enough on house/barn level to turn a rig around. Owner responsive to communications.

This stop was in a beautiful quiet area, close to a lake and a town which made for easy acces to restaurants, shops, etc. The driveway was a bit rough, seems like it was washed out recently. looks more scary to go up than it actually was though. This spot offers full hook ups. while the sewage and electric was straightforward, it was disappointing that the water from the well was not reliable as we had hoped. There was a lot of sediment in the water which wasn’t an issue for us once we hooked up the filter on our hose like we usually do. The water ran out after doing a few dishes and left us with nothing for showers or flushing like we were counting on. After speaking with the host via text, we learned that the pump doesnt always have enough to fill the well. understandable but wish that was known to us prior to arriving as we were counting on that water to refill and reset. Overall, we were glad for the electric and sewage and enjoyed a quiet couple days of rest and relaxation.
