House Rules
Please be respectful of the neighbors and minimize loud noises. Pick up after pets. No rugs on the grass. I am offering sewer but it is a septic tank system so nothing but waste and toilet paper should go in it.
Location
Both sites have full hooks. Entrance road is narrow but neighbors are accustomed to pulling to the side to allow larger vehicles to pass through. Follow the gravel drive across from my mailbox past the house, between the pine trees and behind my shop. One site is open sky and the other is my 18x45 RV carport designed to pull a coach into. The carport is not a drive through so if using a trailer or fiver the hooks will be on the passenger side after you back in. I have space in front of my garage to drop toad and turn around before backing into sites or if it is dry enough you may pull into the grass straight out from the sites.

Very never got up meet Brad because he had to take care of some family business but his place is easily accessible, the hook ups were great and it was QUIET.

When we booked at Brad's, we had started to head west but a snow storm was coming so we actually needed a spot to avoid the snow and backtracked to his place. Our story has just become a running joke now because we have booked with several BW hosts in the area and each stay has been accompanied by inclement weather and each host has been so very kind. Not a very good time to be in the mid-south but here we are. Brad was no different than our other hosts. Southern hospitality is a real thing. I have missed living in Tennessee since I moved away in 2009. It has been good to be back. The road to get to Brad's is a bit narrow but a coach can navigate it for sure because we saw another coach parked in the neighborhood. We have a 26' Class C so easy peasy. Brad offers full hookups $20 for the whole shabang. What a deal! It has been a blessing because we run a space heater and we work from home. It is super quiet here. Brad also allowed us to extend our stay due to one last storm system. Oy vay! The site is very level, no leveling blocks necessary. FHUs are new. We are roughly 4 miles from Wallyworld and 8 miles from Mr. T's propane service (don't take anything bigger than a 30' rig there), Target, Kroger and just about anything else you need. Our T-Mobile internet worked well and although our AT&T mobile service has been iffy at times, the T-Mobile allows us to take calls, attend meetings, etc, without any issue. I cannot say enough about Brad and his wonderful family. He is an RV mobile mechanic and very knowledgeable if you have questions. Definitely recommend Brad's Place. Once again, Tennessee lives up to it's name, The Volunteer State. Tennessean's are among the most caring and helpful people in the world. Thank you, Brad and Fanily. We wish you loads of blessings throughout your lives.

Brads place is excellent. The host is very hospitable. Full hookups. Perfect location for motorcycle enthusiast that want to ride the tail of the dragon and Cherohala Skyway. We also took are rig up to Cades Cove found parking in the overflow parking area in front of the stable entrance. Rode motorcycles around Cades Cove.
