Three miles outside of the town of Breckenridge. We have limited space in the driveway. However, because of the snow, driveway is not available during the winter; which starts in October and often does not melt until May. Road is very steep and driveway is even steeper and space is tight.

My wife, pup and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robert's place. He was very helpful in getting us situated and connected to his power since we're having a bit of an electrical issue. His dog Ziggy was so friendly and played all night with ours. It's too bad we didn't have more time to spend hiking the trails up the street. They looked amazing.

Enjoyed our meet up with Robert, he was great. Great spot to visit, and only 10 minutes to downtown Breckinridge. Fairly steep dirt road to house and a may be difficult to get to parking pad. Wish I had taken picture. But we did all the above with a 26 ft Class C with toad. Enjoyed the stay. Will go back if in the area.

What a beautiful spot for the night! Serendipity (and his pup 🐶) greeted me right when I got there. Very accommodating! Thank you again!

Our host met us on arrival after sending exceptional directions. The location has a spectacular view of the mountains. The flat driveway is quiet and private. Robert was kind enough to offer us the use of his balcony and hot tub. Unfortunately, it was raining. But we will definitely take him up on that offer the next time through. Would highly recommend this location for any smaller RVs.
