I am a retired auto engineer and my wife Lynn is a retired nurse. We love to travel and meet new people. Hosting fellow members at our home is something we look forward to doing. The setting here is quiet and country living at its best with farms and woods around us and a lake to be enjoyed.

I feel very lucky to have shared Lynn and Rick’s little piece of heaven for a couple of nights, while I was visiting with Niagara Falls and the fort. I generally keep to myself, and they let me do this, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend.

Location was easy to find and host greeted us upon arrival. Parking is relatively level and 2 risers easily had us set up. We didn't have a long enough extension to take advantage of the hydro option but generator is allowed so no issues. Walked to the lake to see a beautiful sunset !! Would recommend!

Absolutely loved the place. My space was level and private. I arrived around 6 pm exhausted from driving an extra hour because of Google, but the hosts and I had communicated earlier (when I thought I was only an hour away). I didn’t get to meet either of them until early the next morning. Rick was having coffee on the front porch and was a true gentleman. I felt very welcomed and will return again if in the area. Very accommodating and kind folks!

Our hosts are special people, Rick and Lynn made us feel right at home. There were several spots to pick from deep in the trees or under just a few trees which is what we chose and it was perfect. Very quiet night and just a couple miles away from a cute little beach town. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to come back just to say hello, Thank you Rich and Lynn!

Our Hosts are super welcoming, generous, a wealth of knowledge, and so enjoyable to chat with. They are hard working retirees with a beautiful home in a really wonderful location! They suggested multiple places of interest, thing to do, places to visit, and local cuisines. There is so much one can do in Western NY, in every direction. There are wineries, a cidery, “pick-your own” orchards, farms, and for everything else you are conveniently located to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Olcott Beach is a small community not too far down the road and is such a treat to visit. It's right on the shoreline of Lake Ontario, and has a wonderful park, beach and marina. The downtown area has a number of little shops, a bandstand with a summertime live music scheduled on Wednesdays and Sundays, and a quaint amusement park for children, with all the rides and games we had when we were growing up. The Host parking location is a drive-in, mostly level crushed stone pad, a little tight for a Class A, but quite doable. Make sure to take it slowly and watch out for the trees on both sides. Verizon does not service this area particularly well, a booster will help. We are so grateful this Host accepted our request!! We loved our stay and enjoyed the Hosts even more!! We know we will stay in touch with them and see them again in the future. Again a huge thank you, Breeze Way, for your hospitality!!
