We are Brian and Tonya. I have worked in Insurance auto claims for over 25 years. Our son recently graduated college and is traveling with his girlfriend. We've been camping on and off our entire lives. We like to take at least one big trip out West each year and as many long weekend trips as we can. We tow our Jeep behind us and like to go on mountain passes and off-road trails.

Communication with Brian was purrrrfect. He came out of his home and helped us get situated. The site is a field, which due to the weather was wet. I was concerned about getting stuck (2WD 5th wheel) in the soft soil so only backed into the field enough to get off the road. Once Brian gets the 3" stone spread, and the surface dries out a bit, it will be much more suitable for Boondockers Welcome visitors. Go Brian!

Brian pulled on a tractor to direct us to our site. We liked him right away. Stayed one night and woke up to rain so we pulled out early. Great host on a tractor with a great sense of humor. How can you go wrong. Great time.

Brian responded quickly to our same day request. Their field was a pleasant space to spend the night when passing through the area. He even offered to bring a fire ring over for us, but we didn't plan to go outside on a drizzly evening. Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet the hosts.

We were passing through and needed a place to stop for the night. Quick approval and great communication with Brian and Tonya. We came off I88 and the hills are pretty steep. Would probably have been better to loop down to I86, which seemed closer and less steep when we left.
