Traveling for Work and for Fun! Details: My husband and I are in our mid-thirties and already travel quite a bit for work, but are also traveling a lot for fun as well. We have a 32' fifth wheel, pulled by our Dodge Ram 3500...as well as a camper for the truck for shorter trips. We mostly like reading, playing cards games, and seeing new places. Very low key and respectful of other people's property - we have an RV park in development and look forward to opening up a space of two for other boondockers! Home Town: Currently working out of the Pacific NW (Portland, OR and Seattle, WA), but travel frequently for work. Recently purchased a partially developed RV park near Lake Conroe, TX. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Rest stops, Casinos, friend's houses, along the beach, truck stops, anywhere with ample parking (and a electric hookup if we're lucky)! Skills or Expertise to Share: Crystal has been in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years and is currently in the mortgage field. In addition to management experience, bookkeeping, accounting, and small business experience, she is also an intermediate horse rider (English/Dressage), and an excellent cook/chef. Jordon has over 17 years in the experiential aircraft industry and also does drone/video photography on the side. He also has his degree in information technology, handles website management, and can figure out most computer or network related issues. Both of us love animals and have experience with horses, dogs, cats, chickens, cows, and more!

We arrived at nightfall and our hosts came out and met us. They are very friendly and welcoming and showes us where to park. The location is surrounded by tall trees and the access is super easy. At this location there is a small RV park with electric and water. Very nice spot and would stay again. Than you

I stayed at Buck Acres in the boondocking spot for a few days. I was met when I arrived, the hosts are very kind and easy to reach, if you need anything. All in all, a peaceful spot that’s still close to everything.

Buck Acres is surrounded by beautiful tall trees on a large lot. The spot we parked was super private and surrounded by trees, fairly leveled. It is quiet at night and we slept so well! The host responds super fast and communicate very clearly. Thank you for offering such a spacious place for boondockers like us!

This was a great respite from the normal. Needed a break from the loud crowded (resort) on the lake. You are nestled amongst the Beautiful big pine trees. Not a parking lot! Great Hosts Great Stay! We will be back!

Communication and accommodation were excellent. Gene met us in the rain as we drove in and helped us park. We are traveling in a 45’ Class A MH. The location has several trees, but they are trimmed and navigation was acceptable. Location is quiet and close to Lake Conroe and all of the activities there.
