*update* 21 Feb 2024 I will not be able to provide power or water hookups (so basically I am only able to offer the lower location that should fit longer rigs but no hookups provided). If you have stayed here before in the past or there is some emergency feel free to message me BEFORE booking to check if spot will work for you. Thank you! I am still new to all of this hosting and boondocking stuff so please feel free to contact me to discuss more. I rather everyone be on the same page and help set expectations. I will work on updating the post with additional information and photos as I have time. *** UPDATE 30 March 2022 *** Please NOTE/READ before booking! I updated the Max length from 25 ft to 40 ft but this is mainly only for a parking spot/area there would be no hookups at the spots that could accommodate over 25 ft Down by the pond/main road. (Please read over reviews and or the post and feel free to ask questions before booking as needed. First off the Cell service of (AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint) DO NOT work at the property in most cases. There is currently NO active Internet service provider for my address (unless you count hughesnet...and trust me you SHOULD not count that!) I am currently using RV Starlink however currently fast wifi or even wifi/cell access is not guaranteed so please come with that expectation. Off the property and around the area I have had luck with all the mentioned providers (Sprint is one of the main one in the area) I have a peaceful property away from the hustle and bustle of City life. I moved full time to my homestead March 2020. We have seen deer, wild turkey, black bears, coyotes and never had an issue or negative experience with the wild life. As with most remote areas snakes, ticks, chiggers, stink bugs, lady bugs and spiders are also common to see. We also have chickens and several new roosters as of June 2023, they are free range chickens so although they have fenced in areas they roam around most of the day Normally will not bother anyone (although please be careful around the roosters as they can be very protective or down right mean at times). So with that said we do have farm animal noises. They are normally inside a fenced area when we have visitors unless they escape but even then they normally do not bother folks. We also have 3 free roam (larger 40-65 lbs.) dogs (I do try to have them inside or locked up tell we can do a proper meet and greet but this requires the guest to let me know when they will be arriving . The 30Amp power (I am still looking into what adapters to get to allow most to hook up so please understand I am not saying I will have exactly what you need to hook up before contacting me) and water (from a well about 50 feet from top parking spot that fits up to ~25ft) hookup are at the top of the steep gravel driveway that may be challenging for larger rigs make it up but please feel free to reach out to me if you like to get a better idea of things. House Rules

This is new to us, so we'll start with "use common sense". As a courtesy, after you get on the road the day of your arrival, please provide an estimate of your time of arrival (ETA--again, it is just an estimate). Please no excessive noise! Pets welcome under control. -Children, young children especially must be closely supervised at ALL times as there is a small pond on the property and there is no fence or barrier. Prefer no public smoking/vaping, no excessive barking dogs, no excessive alcohol consumption, and quiet time after 2100. We’re pretty laid back but do expect common courtesy to be used. Take your trash with you and try to treat the property as it was your own.

Very peaceful and relaxing We arrived mid-afternoon on Sunday. Bryan's directions were fantastic. We came in from the north, and the drive was stunning. The following day, we headed south; a good bit of the road was gravel and easy to travel. The farmland views are worth it. Bryan and his son Tristan greeted us. We walked up the drive where you could see Bull Mountain and others. The fall trees were amazing. With notice, Bryan will move his camper to park you next to the house for power. I parked our 24' class B near the pond; there are good options, and it is easy to level. Our auto-level system worked fine, with no slope error. You can see the gate and road from the pond, and there's no traffic. I saw one car in the 18 hours we were there. We will return! Thank you for the free-range eggs. Delicious!

We enjoyed our stay at Bull mountain. Bryan is super helpful and friendly offering us anything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The spring water beside the pond is cold, sweet and refreshing. We highly recommend this boondockers spot and would come back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed Bull Mountain! Host was incredibly hospitable. You just might get fresh farm eggs too! Catch & release for small panfish in their small spring-fed pond was fun! Dog was perfectly behaved and sweet. Highlight was the spring water! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would definitely stay again if in area.
