I am still new to all of this hosting and boondocking stuff so please feel free to contact me to discuss more. I rather everyone be on the same page and help set expectations. I will work on updating the post with additional information and photos as I have time. *** UPDATE 30 March 2022 *** Please NOTE/READ before booking! I updated the Max length from 25 ft to 40 ft but this is mainly only for a parking spot/area there would be no hookups at the spots that could accommodate over 25 ft Down by the pond/main road. (Please read over reviews and or the post and feel free to ask questions before booking as needed. First off the Cell service of (AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint) DO NOT work at the property in most cases. There is currently NO active Internet service provider for my address (unless you count hughesnet...and trust me you SHOULD not count that!) I am signed up for Starlink Beta however currently fast wifi or even wifi/cell access is not guaranteed so please come with that expectation. Off the property and around the area I have had luck with all the mentioned providers (Sprint is one of the main one in the area) I have a peaceful property away from the hustle and bustle of City life. I moved full time to my homestead March 2020. We have seen deer, wild turkey, black bears, coyotes and never had an issue or negative experience with the wild life. As with most remote areas snakes, ticks, chiggers, stink bugs, lady bugs and spiders are also common to see. We also have chickens and one new rooster as of July 2022. We also are trying out a few Guinea hens. So with that said we do have farm animal noises. They are normally inside a fenced area when we have visitors unless they escape but even then they normally do not bother folks. The 30Amp power (I am still looking into what adapters to get to allow most to hook up so please understand I am not saying I will have exactly what you need to hook up before contacting me) and water (from a well) hookup are at the top of the steep gravel driveway that may be challenging for larger rigs make it up but please feel free to reach out to me if you like to get a better idea of things. House Rules

This is new to us, so we'll start with "use common sense". As a courtesy, after you get on the road the day of your arrival, please provide an estimate of your time of arrival (ETA--again, it is just an estimate). Please no excessive noise! Pets welcome under control. -Children, young children especially must be closely supervised at ALL times as there is a small pond on the property and there is no fence or barrier. Prefer no smoking/vaping, no excessive barking dogs, no excessive alcohol consumption, and quiet time after 2100. We’re pretty laid back but do expect common courtesy to be used. Take your trash with you and try to treat the property as it was your own.

Location

Access Road Conditions: There is a way to make it all the way to my Driveway without having to be on a gravel road (that would bring you coming South Down Bull Mountain Road. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: So I am new to all of this but currently I have a 2020 Forest River No Boundaries 16.2 (shows to be 21 ft long) and I tow it with a 2018 Toyota Tacoma 4 door short bed truck up my driveway no problem. There is a spot at bottom of my driveway that is available for parking however there is no hookup there...the water and power are at the top of my somewhat steep driveway that I can pull my camper up with no problem. *** UPDATE 30 Sept 2021 *** Please NOTE/READ before booking! I updated the Max length from 25 ft to 40 ft but this is mainly only for a parking spot/area there would be no hookups at the spots that could accommodate over 25 ft. I am simply allowing longer length due to a recent request to use as a parking area only (would not be ideal overnight stay as not very level. I will update with more info after folks with longer units stay as I do not have experience with the larger units.

Thoroughly enjoyed Bull Mountain! Host was incredibly hospitable. You just might get fresh farm eggs too! Catch & release for small panfish in their small spring-fed pond was fun! Dog was perfectly behaved and sweet. Highlight was the spring water! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would definitely stay again if in area.

This was a great three days. We stayed at the pond, without hook ups. But we were able to fetch water from the stream fed basin with a water bandit, 4ft hose and a in-line filter. Not service most of the time, but for us this was a plus. We hiked the property, and found our way back to the pond easy enough. Mostly we taught our dog to dock dive in the spring fed pond, and listened to a huge variety of birds. Bryan was generous with his property, and a good communicator. Download your Waze map, or whatever gps you use, service drops the closer you get to the paradise. This will be on my list of ❤️ in the app.

Although this place did have hook ups, we decided not to take the camper up the steep driveway to the house because we didn’t really need electricity and it was so beautiful and private near the pond at the entrance. Our Host and his son were sweet people and enjoyed visiting and getting a little history about the mountain nearby. We drove to the top of his property with our tow car and had fun exploring the trail he made in the woods and the rest of his homestead. The drive to the property was interesting, beautiful and very curvy! We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

It is a steep drive but doable we have a 22 ft trailer and had no problem. But be prepared. We had a wonderful stay. Zeerf is extremely accomodating and helpful. We hope that we can visit again sometime.
