Access Road Conditions: Grass driveway cannot handle heavy rigs, 14k max Sharp turns would require someone who can handle turns with their rig. We are in a unincorporated area but next to Baytown. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: The tow vehicle must be able to fit in the 50 ft space.

Quiet, happy and enjoying life Details: Middle age couple love to spend time with each other. Both still semi-employed and hope to retire soon. Cindy has a few physical challenges but will come out to enjoy company when able.Tom is handy and quiet. we will do what we can help bring joy where ever we go. We have both received our vaccines against COVID-19. Look forward to seeing all the guests and hosts we hope to meet! Home Town: Baytown, texas Favorite Boondocking Locations: Every place we have been we have had a great time. we recently "ate" our way across the gulf coast. Best food in Louisiana.but we love a good sause! Skills or Expertise to Share: We have worked all our lives. Cindy Is a NP and Tom works in the oil field . We have been married over 40 years ( I was just a baby) . we are both motorcycle licensed and bring some 150 cc scooters with us. Cindy loves to sew, crochet and just recently started quilting.

Tom is great and very welcoming. I'm sure he doesn't want to make a habit of it, but he even helped me with my propane situation. 30 amp service available, which is super nice! lovely folks, roomy parking spaces, top notch experience!!!!

What a great place to stay and such a kind and helpful couple. The neighborhood is very nice and safe and Tom and Cindy were fabulous to me. I am so grateful to have been able to stop here for the night on such short notice. Thank you with all my heart.

Tom greeted us to get our back in to the parking space set. Nice neighborhood. Our host had 2 Boondockers that night and everyone was comfortable. On our departure Tom recommended a lunch stop in Louisiana. Nice tip Tom, we really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Very welcoming and helpful host. Level spot with easy access off quiet street. Close to parks and other businesses. Had a restful night's sleep. Great stop!
