We are a mature newly wed couple married two years ago. We start our camping adventures together about four years ago with a pop-up. The following year we upgrades to a travel traveler. Two years later we upgraded to Class A motorhome. We look forward to sharing our new found love for camping as hosts. We are new to boondockers so please be gently with reviews. All feedback and suggestions are welcome!

We stayed two nights on their property. We got lost trying to find the place (using 3 different GPS) but they responded immediately to help us find their house. They are a super sweet family and kindly let us stay 2 nights in their driveway with water and electric hookup for a small fee. The entrance into the property was wide and leveled enough for our 40’ long fifth wheel to back into and park, however the road to get to their property was a little too tight! (There is nothing they can do about that. Our rig touched the bed a few times and it had a narrow 90• turn). Their place is very quiet with no traffic at all and it’s conveniently located about 30 minutes away from Fredericksburg which was super nice! They were very friendly, and we didn’t felt like we were disrupting them or anything like that, so overall it was a great place to stay overnight. But I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay as you are in their driveway right next to their house. They have a fireplace, a picnic table and a sitting area arranged in their backyard for available to us which was very nice.

Beautiful property, great and accommodating host. The turn on to the street located on is a bit tight for a 43' 5th wheel but doable. Would visit again.

Host was very nice and accommodating! Parking site was excellent and level. My wife and I parked here along with a buddy and his 5th wheel. The host was willing to lend my friend his generators for the night which we didn't end up using. We used the 50 amp hookup, which was great! Evening was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

A very nice family. Nice easy back in on a wide driveway. Very quiet at night. Electric and water available for a small fee. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

From the initial moment we met our host our stay was spot on. It's about 15 minutes from 95 but well worth the drive. The Host is so helpful and informative and downright a pleasure to conversate with. Head on down to the farm you won't regret to stay. Easy back in level driveway with 50 amp hookup and water. Oh the evenings are silent and we even were shown a beautiful sunset by mother nature. We look forward to the next time we travel down through that area and hope to stop and spend the night or two!
