Cajun Streamin’

We are on 2 1/2 acres in the middle of Baton Rouge, a rare gem! Our property is bordered by a forrest, a creek, and a pond. We are at the back of a gated, private neighborhood with only 6 other houses. We have a long gravel driveway to a concrete area near the house. We have electric and water hookups for $5. There are two available areas to park: near the house at the end of our driveway (highlighted in blue) or parallel parking on the gravel pad next to the gravel driveway, under the trees (highlighted in purple). You could easily have power and water closer to the house, but would need at least 50 feet of extension cords and hoses to reach power/water if parked out on the gravel pad. Our power hookups are just 120, so you will need a converter to use it. We are super close to the mall, and only 10 minutes (depending on trafiic) from pretty much everywhere in town. Some good eating nearby: Voodoo BBQ, Brewbachers Grill, Albasha Greek and Lebanese Restaurant, J. Alexander’s, and Gino’s. There’s a WalMart and a Target, and a Lowe’s and Home Depot, 5 minutes away. LSU is about 12 minutes away, and the downtown area is 15 minutes away.
