We stayed 4 nights and had a very lovely stay. It was quiet and dark at night, and the water and electric hookup were very easy to access. Unfortunately we did not get to meet, but the communication was always quick and efficient. Thanks!!:)

Very welcoming and helpful. Easy access and we did a beautiful hike to Cable Bay. The pub was so delicious we went back twice. Thank you Richard and Jane. We would stay again for sure.

We liked the country roads of this Cedar area and the nearby Cable Bay walking trail. It is central for exploring the areas around Nanaimo. The hosts were great and the parking spot was level and a generous size. There is some road noise but it quietens down at night.

spent 2 nights at "Camp Calamity" - great communication with Jane, and Richard was there to welcome us and made us feel welcome as well! Great parking spot, enjoyed some "vine ripened peaches" - got to explore Cable Bay trail, Hemer Prov. park (both beautiful!) and had a delicious dinner at the Crow and Gate. Looking forward to continued connection with super people!!
