We are Airstream and outdoor enthusiasts Details: We are a couple of outdoorsy Airstreamers. I'm an engineer/business owner and she is a nurse. We spend most of our home time in our outdoor oasis or our century old Craftsman house. When we are in the Airstream, we are either chasing waterfalls or music festivals! Home Town: We live in a small town called Millwood, Kentucky. It's midway between Rough River and Nolin River State Parks and is about 35 minutes from Mammoth Came National Park. We are less than an hour from Bowling Green, Owensboro, Elizabethtown, and Louisville (outskirts). This includes Beech Bend Park and Dragway, NCM Motorsport Park, many museums, three water parks, and the birthplace of Bluegrass music. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Anywhere there is a festival or a waterfall. Skills or Expertise to Share: We have restored an old house and one Airstream, and working on the second of both. I am a mechanical engineer, she's a nurse, and there are very few projects we can't/won't tackle.

Very friendly and we got to chat a little bit when I arrived. It was wonderful to have a beautiful greenhouse to look at while working my virtual job. It was so quiet and peaceful and that made my stay perfect.

Scott and Tina are awesome hosts! The spot is level and overlools their beautiful gardens. They were both super friendly and we shared some great conversations and even a delicious homecooked meal together. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot near their beautiful garden. Really appreciate the electric to run the AC. Several trains roll past throughout the day and night. My kids thought that was neat. Thanks for the stay!

We had such a great stay at Camp Carter! It was very easy to park and set up camp. Their place is an absolute oasis, including a beautiful and luscious garden walk, hammocks, picnic table and more. Tina and Scott were very kind and welcoming. Definitely ask about visiting an Amish farm stand while you're there! Totally worth it. Only thing to keep in mind is that you are right next to a set of train tracks. It's a very cool sight to see, but can be loud. Though it never seemed to last too long.
