Jerry and Deb get a gold star in my journal. Great place to camp and even nicer people to camp with.

This is a great place to stay! It was raining when we arrived, but the hosts were out to greet us and we decided to wait for the rain to stop to meet for cocktails. We had great conversation and later they started the huge campfire. They live on a beautiful location. We will definitely stay again.

Not only did the hosts make us feel completely pampered with 30 amp service, they had fire going when we arrived they let us get comfortable and waited for us to join them with offered beverages and engaging conversation.

These hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You immediately feel like you are reconnecting with old friends as you chat (and have cocktails of course) around the fire pit. Strolling the walking trails the next morning was enjoyable as well. We stopped for a single overnight on our way up north to Pattison State Park. Highly recommend place to stop and stay. We would love to come back another time to stay longer and explore the Chetek area. Thanks again Deb & Jerry !!
