We have six acres of partly forested land with incredible views of the Bitterroot Mountains. It is only a quarter mile from a main road, but it is quiet and feels very secluded. There is plenty of open space to enjoy picnics and campfires and you are free to let the kids and dogs run around and play. (The yard is not fenced, so please don't let pets off-leash if they are prone to running off, and please scoop the poop, of course. Also, we have a dog onsite, so we will need to set up a supervised meet-and-greet before your pup is free to run around.) Set out your chairs, sip a favorite beverage, and enjoy our glorious sunsets! We would love to share some campfire time to get to know you, or we can leave you alone, whichever you prefer. Also, there are several Bitterroot River swimming and fishing areas close by and we can recommend numerous scenic hikes nearby that work well for either an after-dinner stroll or an all-day adventure. NOTE: We hope to have 30 AMP electrical available at the hosting site by summer of 2022. No guarantees. Suggested Local Attractions:- Bitterroot River swimming and fishing - Many local hiking trails - Lake Como (1 hr. away) - The Route of the Hiawatha bike trail (2 hrs. away) - Lolo Hot Springs (40 min. away)

Location
Your Space: It is best to pull into the first of the two driveways (in front of the shop and RV pad that is already occupied), then you will find your gravel spot across the driveway from the house--on the side closer to the mountains. Access Road Conditions: We are located on a dirt road that often has potholes, but is always passable. The road does have one hill that is short but a little steep, so make sure you have a strong pulling rig for your trailer. Our property is designed for big rig pull-through and easy turnaround. We have had a large fifth wheel ourselves and every rig we have encountered could come and go with ease. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have lots of open space and parking options.

Andy and Sherry were very welcoming and shared a bit of their story with us. Location was very quiet and there was room to walk around with the dog. The 15-20 Amp service they offered was really appreciated as was hot the evening we stayed. All the best on your “Nomadic Midlife” and please message if your travels take you to the Vanc Island. Would stay again.
