5 acres of isolated country tucked far off the road. Exposure to the sun is second to none so if you have solar panels you will have a great source of solar much of the day. Property sets off the road with a long driveway which provides privacy and a little added sense of security. The driveway is wide enough to handle the longest of rigs with some thoughtful driving. Improvements to the end of the driveway will be made as time allows. Water hook up is available if needed. I am easy going and would love nothing more then to see children and pets running around having a good time. Plenty of room to fly drones and RC planes please just be respectful to other guests. For those with motorhomes and no tow vehicle I will be more than happy to shuttle you to any location needed in the immediate area. Please know that the neighbors do run dirt bikes on their property in the afternoon and weekends and tend to play loud music at times also. I will be installing a privacy fence this summer (2023) to help with some of the noise. Other improvements will include a welcome Station with parking and stay information, attractions, shopping, RV dealers and other stops of interest in the area. Even though water is currently available, I will be adding dedicated water access spouts for at least two of the most frequented parking spots. Grey water may be released on property, please ask for directions on how to do so. Please make sure you are regulating the water pressure to your RV, my water pressure is very high and I don't want to see damage caused to your RV. Suggested Local Attractions:Columbia, easy interstate access to Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. Beautiful lake murray close by as well as congree Nation forest, the only waterfall in the midlands of South Carolina and plenty of state parks.

House Rules

Smoking is permitted but please be mindful of other guest and please do not throw butts on the ground. Generator use is welcomed as long as it will not be an issue for other boondockers. I typically only have two at any given time but have room for many more. If you need to run a generator for medical issues or a/c in warm weather and there are other boondockers that could be affected we can try to find you a spot to make usage more practical. Dogs are more then welcome to be off leash as long as they are not aggressive and respond to commands. I have a neighbor with dogs and don't want to cause any issues. I do ask that you please clean up any mess your dog makes. Biggest rule is please consider yourself at home during your stay and have fun and if you need anything feel free to ask.

Location

Access Road Conditions: Driveway is long and is sand. There is one hill with softer sand which may require giving it a little throttle but I frequently maintain with my tractor and has never been an issue. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Plenty of room to park next to RV

Might have been hard to find but for the clear directions. Large, mostly level area. Called the host on arrival, who said to park anywhere.

Great directions and communication from the host. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet him in person. The neighbors must have taken a night off because I never heard anything. I was able to find a location where i was pretty level. I would recommend this host.

We enjoyed our stay here. My pup had plenty if space to run and I enjoyed the roosters every morning. Though I never met Host in person, they responded quickly to my messages and made me feel welcomed. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We used this host location to do a visit to Congaree NP. Congaree is a ways out but the that was poor planning on my part. plenty of room for multiple rigs. The neighbors did ride dirt bikes the afternoon we arrived. There were several roosters that had no idea what time of day it was so they crowed all night long. It was rainy while we stayed and we were able to to get in an out on the sand driveway
