We live in a rural area about 3 miles from town. Grocery shopping, gas stations, and Walmart are within 4 miles. Your pets are welcome, we just ask that you cleanup after them. You can use a contained BBQ if you like but no campfires. There is room for your tow vehicle if you have one. Water is available to fill your onboard tank if you like. . We have level space to park your rig. It's quiet and a good place for a night or two when traveling and you want a place to relax. There are farms and manufacturing in the area . These hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They helped us with ideas and tips for seeing Rocky Mountain National Park, and were gracious and helpful in every way they could. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was on the fringe of Loveland. Though all around were fields of crops. This morning Canadian geese were flying over. It is drive way parking but there was plenty of room. Our host was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. For some reason our camper kept tripping the breaker so we could not use their electric. Others have not had the problem. But it was cool enough (57 degrees or so) at night. So nights were very comfortable.
