Gravel/Sandy area in front of shop, not completely flat, has a slight slope and will probably require a block if you want to be perfectly level. Quiet neighborhood. Water available to fill/re-fill tank. Suggested Local Attractions: Nearby is a Rosauers grocery store with 24hr gas pumps. Propane tank exchange available, Wagon Wheel Bar & Grill - Open for Breakfast, 291 Brewhouse - Beer, Wine & Coffee, pizza parlor, Mexican restaurant, a burger place - Zips, and a Subway. LP tank fill close by on Hwy. RV dump at Riverside St. Park. Lots of Nature close, Centennial Trail is at Riverside State Park, with trailhead access at Nine Mile Falls Dam.

Pets allowed on leash, clean up after them is a must. No children please, not setup for kids. Access to water if we are home to fill tank, not a hook up. Firepit access limited by burning restrictions usually most of summer, and if we are home. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am so no generators during then. Smoking allowed, pick up your butts, and while WA is cannabis legal, we ask that you do not smoke it outside your RV. You'll be camping in front of our shop, and we may need access, So don't block both doors. It snows in winter, depending on amount of snowfall, we may not be available.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Possible pull through depending on size of rig. Most rigs could turn into driveway and then around a clump of pine trees to back in to spot in front of Shop. Park in front of Big door leaving enough room for us to access other door. We are in quiet neighborhood, Large 1 acre lots. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to rig, or in front of rig, Just don't block turn around.

Two happy wanderers who love exploring new places Details: We are getting close to retirement age and are ready now to explore not only areas in and around our backyard, but other places. We currently have a 28' Holiday Fifth Wheel that we love. Home Town: Nine Mile Falls, WA Favorite Boondocking Locations: I am sure we will have many. Skills or Expertise to Share: as Bubba says "Pretty good at drinking beer". RV maintenance, upgrades (ask me about my lights) and repair.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We went on a bike ride around the neighborhood, so quiet with wide roads. We also went for a walk in the evening, very safe and peaceful area. Thanks for hosting us!

Craig was amiable and accommodating during our visit. The location was quiet and , for us, the perfect distance from Spokane. Parking took a bit of finagling to get into, but nothing an experienced camper can't do. Stores, gas and propane were all just a few minutes away. Several kayaking and hiking options nearby. If we're in the Spokane area again we'll be back here.

We stopped her for one night on our way to Seattle. CeeDee was very nice and easy to work with. Good communication and very helpful during the entire process. We will stop again if ever in the area!
