Convenient access to US 17. About ten miles south of Tappahannock which has a historic district, museum, shopping and restaurants. To the south on US 17 is Saluda with a museum. About ten miles south on US 17 is Virginia Motor Speedway. Down Howerton Road is Dragon Motorsports which holds truck and tractor pulls. Minutes away from a marina. A convenience store is across US 17 within walking distance and has gas and diesel. A post office is also within walking distance.

This was a convenient location to stay overnight on our way North. We had a small repair needed inaide our motorhome and Lowes was only 10 minutes away, and so are several fast food places. Great communication from the hosts.

Aa before, a wuiet and very peaceful night’s sleep. right by Highway 27 that I was traveling to Virginia and back. So very convenient for me.

parking is in a business lot that was closed Christmas Eve while I was there. Park out front where the trucks park. Was quiet and peaceful night.

Plenty of room to maneuver! Level and even though it is close to the Hwy, it was quiet at night. Sorry we didn't get to meet as we were busy with visiting family. Perfect for what we needed!
