Quiet and laid back. Details: Semi-Retired, my wife still works full time. I love to fish, whether from a boat or from the shore, wife loves to sit back and relax from either location and enjoy the outdoors. We love having family come over for BBQ's or to just hang out and reminisce. We love to go for rides to see new places or take the Side by Side out for some off-roading in the mountains. Home Town: I'm from the west coast, my wife is from the mid-west, and we have called Colorado Springs home for over 25 years. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We're just starting out. This spot was very easy to access. It is slightly sloped but they had blocks ready for us to use to help level out. They are aso prepared with a handy box of information about the area….restaurants, dump stations, etc. There is an electric hook up available as well. Very nice and communicative hosts. Would definitely recommend a stop here.

This was an amazing stay. When times get lonely on the road, it is amazing to have people like this! This was the first host we stayed at that had a huge box full of reccomended attractions! They offered theyre beautiful backyard for us to feel like we could escape for a moment and relax. The hosts are so friendly and we would be honored to stay there again and enjoy their company! one of our favorites so far!!

Rob and Trish are the consummate hosts! Rob met me in the dark (Standard time has us in the dark at 5:30 pm) with blocks for leveling. Their bak yard oasis is great but the weather stifled the enjoyment. The frozen waterfall into the koi pond was pretty spectacular, though. Thank you Rob and Trish.

Such an accommodating couple who made my stay easy and flexible with my dates. They were onsite most of the time which gave me support when I had minor trailer issues. They shared a fun and informative resources box when I arrived and offered their oasis backyard as an outdoor space for me to enjoy. Having electric hookup was also a great blessing. They accommodated all my needs and more. Thank you so much!!
