Central Florida No Frills

This is a spot to park near my detached garage. There are approximately 30 feet between the garage and residential roadway. A 20amp plug is available and should cover most of your needs. There is also water available, but it is well water and should not be consumed (only for showering, cleaning, etc). Dogs must be on a leash at all times, not constant barkers, and must be cleaned up after on our property as well in the neighborhood. Barbecue grills and manufactured fire rings are welcome but building a fire on the ground is not allowed. There is no real area for kids to play outside on the property. There are city parks nearby that can be used as well as a biking/walking trail. We are not far from a Sunrail Train Station that can take you to Orlando and further. Same day check-in may be OK but we need to put the power cord under the garage so it may not always be possible. Stays longer than 2 days may be ok as well and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and our schedule. Suggested Local Attractions:Gemini Springs Park, DeBary Hall Historic Site, Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens, Downtown Sanford, Blue Spring State Park, St. Johns River, Spring to Spring Trail
