We are in Central Va about 20 min south of Charlottesville Va. Our 10 acres are partially cleared and we have an RV parking area but no water or electric hookups. Our drive is paved, but fairly steep. The area is surrounded by multiple large estates, horse farms and large forested tracks of land. The Appalachian Trail is about a 30 min drive away and many local vineyards and tasting rooms are within 10-15 min drive.

We are flexible about check in/out etc. We are smoke free but do not mind smokers in and around the campsite. Children and pets are welcome.
Location
The site is about 100 yards from our house and fairly private. We have one site that is partial gravel and grass. Unless it has been very wet there is usually not a problem with RV parking.
