A 4 acre lot with a pond. There is no electricity, water, or wifi. This is only appropriate for smaller rigs. 5th wheels will find it almost impossible to make the turn into the property because of the road width and the gate. There is very little shade by the pond (none for your camper). However, if it is dry you can park in the field behind the abandoned house trailer; there are several trees there.

Location
This has a gravel drive with a very tough turn, therefore I would not take any fifth wheels in as they Will have a very hard time making the turn. Please check my other location, as I have a circle drive there. There is a very nice camping spot (with a picnic table and pontoon boat used as a dock) next to the pond if it is not too wet.

Law Enforcement Professional with 5 acre property Details: My wife, daughter, and I live about a mile out of town on a 5 acre property with a circle drive in front and a circle drive behind the house. We have 7 dogs that are usually contained, along with 4 horses, chickens, and 2 outdoor cats. We also have a second property with no electricity or wifi, but it has a pond and is a nice primitive site for smaller rigs. 5th wheels will find it almost impossible to get in. Great quiet spot by the pond with frogs. Nice picnic table. A bit of road noise but with white noise machine no problem.

We spent the evening in the field next to a small pond. It was lovely as we enjoyed the bird life and quiet surroundings. There were houses a little ways away but we didn’t hear anything. The host checked in with us by phone to make sure we found the location okay since it was not near their home. Easy for our camper van to drive into the field and back out in the morning.

This is a beautiful spot with a small pond populated by a number of mallards. For smaller motorhomes like mine, it is easy in & out. There was a minor struggle to find a level spot, but even that was accomplished without too much trouble. The host was not present this time, but communication was easy and responses were rapid, informative and helpful. If they will have me, I would be pleased to return next time I'm in the area.

Was overcome by heat as no shade and they let me come to the house in the shade. For this old woman it was most appreciated! They were so gracious and helpful. Would recommend this spot in the summer by the pond if you have your own AC.
