Access Road Conditions: Parking is a standard driveway with a small incline and really nothing more than just an overnight stop in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. Moncton the hub of the Maritime Provinces. I am located about 10 mins from Moncton downtown area with Walmart, the Champlain Mall, Cineplex cinemas, main street with outdoor restaurants, bars, live music etc. About 12 mins from local Casino, Magnetic Hill, Magic mountain and Moncton Zoo. Gas / Convenience Stores, Grocery stores, etc. and are about 2 km, the Petitcodiac river and a walking / bicycle trail is nearby, walk the boardwalk stop and see the famous tidal bore as it comes in. Close to new Avenir Center. Close to RV dump station. Walmart allows overnight parking, but if you don't feel that is safe, it definitely is noisier, then this is another option close by for overnight parking.

Retired and free to ride Details: Retired, and a widower, independent and free to go exploring. Recently started van life after converting my new 2018 Promaster 3500 van into a camper van. Trying out this new life adventure, hopefully heading to warmer areas in the south during our harsh Canadian winters... Home Town: Moncton New Brunswick area. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Theodore Roosevelt parks in North Dakota, Badlands South Dakota, Fundy park in NB... Skills or Expertise to Share: Electronics, photography, music, basic carpentry, small engine repair.

Had a great stay after arriving a bit later than intended! Convenient spot for a quick overnight before or after exploring the Fundy Trail, Hopewell Rocks etc. Would have been a good place to stay to explore Riverview or Moncton too, but we had to move on. Good conversation, and a quiet night to sleep. Driveway was level enough that we didn't even have to use any levelers. Would be happy to stay again!
